EMSA offers training sessions for coaches and referees for all levels from beginner to experienced.
In the EMSA Summer and Winter Training programs, players will benefit from technical and tactical training. Emphasis is placed on training and execution of soccer techniques and tactics under pressure of an opponent and game conditions.EMSA Training Programs are hosted by Goal 2 Goal, our technical training partner.
The EMSA SUMMER CAMP is open for all EMSA U11–U13 players. It is a two-hour camp from 9:00am to 11:00am at different locations every week. Registration opens two weeks before each weekly camp.
1st Week: July 6 – July 9 (9:00am – 11:00am) @ EMSA West Charpentier Complex
2nd Week: July 13 – July 16 (9:00am – 11:00am) @ Jasper Place Bowl Artificial Turf (9210 163 Street NW)
3rd Week: July 20 – July 23 (9:00am – 11:00am) @ ESAF Artificial Turf (14920 142 Street T6V 1H9)
4th Week: July 27 – July 30 (9:00am – 11:00am) @ MW Turf (6904 23 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6K 2H4)
Note for Parents: Please arrive 15 minutes early, as instructors will start at 9:00am. Bring a soccer ball (with your child's name on it), water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, proper footwear, and hand sanitizer. Parents can leave but must return by 10:45am. There will be a brief parent meeting at 9:00am. If your child is sick they are not permitted to be on the field.
This EMSA WINTER TRAINING runs from October 2025 to January 2026. EMSA MAIN offers 12 training sessions for the age groups of U10, U11, U12 and U13. It is open only to EMSA players registered for the 2025/2026 Indoor Season.
Please register for only one of the following days (Thursdays or Sundays):
Thursdays: Edmonton Soccer Centre East — 12720 Victoria Trail, Edmonton, AB T5A 5G4 — Field 5, 6:00pm – 7:00pm — $195.00
Sundays: Edmonton Soccer Centre South — 6520 Roper Rd, T6B 3K8, Edmonton — Field 12, 4:30pm – 5:30pm — $195.00
Fees: $195.00 (not pro-rated for late registrations — price is for all 12 sessions).
